Immediate: (one year)

-Draw up a charter to provide guidance on decision–making
process

-Setup a membership database to:

1. Facilitate easy communication, networking among members.
2. Intensify membership drive to increase membership base.

1. Identify suitable office spaces to conduct basic activities of the organisation such as meetings for officials, keeping of records.
2. Establish sound financial base: besides membership subscriptions, undertake initiatives to solicit grants from local/central govts, and seek contribution from charitable organisations, philanthropic foundations/individuals to fulfil its Mission.
