Objectives:

1. To provide emotional comfort and financial cushion for members who encounter tragedy resulting loss of life, afflictions, and any critical difficulty.
2. To recognise the family as the foundation of a socially resilient community, and facilitate growth of a cohesive, compassionate and socially responsible community.
3. To foster understanding of, and co-operation with Diaspora organisations, groups and individuals (with roots to The Region) in Continental Europe, Americas, Australia, other parts of Africa etc with a view to attaining our shared aspirations
4. To address our Home Region’s most pressing educational issue, namely support for bright minds from poor background.
5. To intervene in times of crisis in the home region , as they occur from time to time because of security violation, famine, disease outbreaks etc.
